    Abstract：

    针对临床中药实训教学改革的价值进行分析，符合当前时代对中药人才的需求，可增强中药人才的岗位适应能力，规范实训教学的内容及方法，对中药学知识及技术的传承，学生未来的岗位发展均能够产生重要影响。结合当前临床中药实训教学的现状，分析现存问题及改革建议，完善人才培养的体系。明确教育目标及方法，注重人才的思维引导，使学生能够在实训中获得更多的经验，学习更多的知识，逐步形成良好的思维模式，培养复合型、应用型及职业化的临床中药人才。
