    Abstract：

    在新课程改革全面推进的过程中，培养学生的核心素养成为当前教育事业关注的焦点。体育课关系到素质教育的贯彻实施，高中体育教学面临着新的机遇和挑战，传统教学观念和教学模式都应及时改变，从而实现培养学生体育素养的目标。教师应当紧紧地围绕这一教学中心来组织开展高中体育教学活动。
