    图书馆是人们获取知识的场所，通过查阅相关的书籍和资料，实现自我的提升。随着时代的发展，人本化管理思想的兴起，对于图书馆而言，既承担着图书管理的任务，又承担着服务读者的任务，同样需要走人本化的道路，更多地需要站在读者的角度，提升自身的服务质量。本文主要研究现代图书馆管理和服务的人本化，以供相关单位参考借鉴。
