    随着社会的进步和发展，社会需要大量高水平的技术型人才，因此对高职院校也有了更高、更严格的标准和要求，尤其是艺术设计专业，而“工匠精神”则是在现代社会中不可缺少的精神理念之一，艺术设计不仅仅涵盖了过往的创造历史，同时还激发了未来无限的可能性，所以本文主要在新时代的背景下，就高职院校艺术设计专业中“工匠精神”对人才培养的重要性和意义进行探讨。
