    素质教育下，关注人才实践能力的培养，校企合作育人模式的提出为高等教育指明方向。依托胜任力模型，打造校企合作育人模式，能够从人才能力角度出发，定向培养，保证人才质量和企业需求高度相符。下文对胜任力模型以及校企合作内容作出简单介绍，并从胜任力模型角度出发，探索校企合作育人路径。
