    Abstract：

    在学校，我们常会遇到一些问题学生令我们很伤脑筋，特别是处于青春期的中学生，自主、霸道、叛逆。如果教育引导不当，他们的学习兴趣很容易受到抑制，产生自我否定情绪，轻者畏惧老师，逃避学习，重者则会扭曲自己的人格，消极轻浮，自暴自弃，甚至导致“攻击性性格”，对他人和社会产生敌视情绪，极易出现厌学、偷盗、抢劫、诈骗打架斗殴等不法行为。针对这种情况，根据多年来在教育教学工作中积累的点滴经验，在这里，我粗浅谈一下对问题学生的教育培养。
