    Abstract：

    新课标指出“应重视对学生数学思维的培养，让他们具有创新精神与应用能力”。为了促进中学生学习兴趣与学科能力的协同发展，教师应避免对学生实施灌输式教育，否则容易让他们对数学学习形成厌恶情绪。毕竟，促进学生数学核心素养的发展，需要其具有良好的思维能力与自学意识，关注社会发展、现实生活与数学学科的关系，建立学好数学的自信心，具有探究学习能力。为此，教师应当革新授课方式，积极构建初中数学高效课堂。
