    Abstract：

    差异化教学指在现有教学支持下，注重分析学生之间的个性差异，按照学生自身学习特点、性格，展开针对不同学生的数学教学，实现教学“因材施教”的作用。差异化的教学可以让学生在学习的过程中感受到数学知识的魅力，进而对数学学习产生浓厚兴趣。但目前我国中学数学教学中，采取差异化教学还有待进一步探索，对学生的差异化分层有待进一步完善，需要以差异化措施提高教学效果。
