Abstract：
在我国农村三级医疗网点中，乡镇医院的地位举足轻重，其在解决农村地区看病难、看病贵等问题中发挥着极为重要的作用。因为乡镇医院肩上的担子不断加码，业务不断拓宽，因此急需打造完善的乡镇卫生院档案信息化体系。由于受制于医疗基础设施不完善，阻碍了档案信息化的全面实施，导致乡镇医院不重视档案管理的信息化建设，为此，本文针对加强乡镇医院档案信息化建设提出自己的意见和建议。
