Abstract：
在互联网技术的推动下，各大新媒体平台的崛起让出版业进入了全媒体发展的时代。全媒体出版打破了现行的出版结构，起到了改善受众阅读习惯的效果，对编辑的职能以及工作内容起到了创新的作用，因此全媒体出版语境下编辑必须具备一定的创新能力和综合素养。基于此，本文重点分析全媒体出版语境下编辑应具备的核心素养，并对其提升路径进行研究。
