Abstract：
疫情发生后对企业培训造成很大影响，使得线下培训形式几乎陷入停滞状态，而线上培训得到了飞速发展。随着培训模式的变化，给企业培训工作带来很大挑战。为此需要深入分析企业线上培训的发展，制定出科学的培训管理措施，同时需要加强队伍建设和信息科技投入，进而实现企业培训工作的顺利转型。
