Abstract：
在教学英语口语过程中，老师要做到以初中生为主体，激发和调动学生学习英语的积极性与主动性，创新中学英语课堂教学模式，进而促进中学生更加高效和轻松的学习英语口语。然而现阶段的英语口语教学工作中仍然存在着很多问题，对此，文章就如何在中学学校英语口语教学中培养同学们的口语能力进行了简要的分析，以供相关的教育工作者参考和借鉴。
