浅谈幼儿园教师专业能力的提升

Abstract：

教师专业能力可以作为衡量教师专业性的指标，还能作为展示教师专业性的一大要素。可在幼儿园实践过程中却存在教师专业能力不足的现状，部分教师专业能力根本不能达到幼儿园提出的标准，教师反思能力弱，缺乏反思意识。因而，下面为幼儿园教师专业能力的提升提出一定的方法，希望能够实现教师专业能力提升与发展的目标。
