Abstract：

在现代的社会中，家长对学生的教育越来越重视，而在教育中，教师的教学水平是其中的重点，因此在学校的教育中，要提高教师的管理水平，本文从以人为本管理理念以及教师管理中体现以人为本精神的途径等方面进行简要的分析和研究，将以人为本的精神运用到教师的管理，进而为学生的教育提供更高质量的教师。
