Abstract：
随着素质教育理念的推进，教师在进行初中数学教学时，不但要提升全体学生的数学水平及数学素养，还要兼顾学生的个性发展，使每一个学生都能够在初中数学教学中得到更好的学习进步和成长，从而使学生能够真正形成属于自己的数学能力，推动学生个人综合素养成长，为学生将来长远的数学学习打下坚实的基础。
