Abstract：
随着素质教育在教学中的不断深入，高校在开展公共艺术教育与教学时需要对学生进行素质教育理念，有效促进学生在公共艺术教育教学中提高自身的核心素养。但现阶段公共艺术教育不被高校重视，其教学活动也存在质量低下等现象，对于学生的素质发展起到了一定的影响。本文针对高校公共艺术教育与学生素质发展的影响进行分析，并提出相应的策略。
