    在提倡素质教育的今天，为了提升学生们的身体素质，体育这门课程越发引起各方面的重视和关注。运动心理学作为现代体育教学中的重要内容，它的作用是不可忽视的，在现代体育教学中需要注重对学生们的运动心理进行一个正确的引导，并且在现代体育教学中合理的运用运动心理学还能够积极的推进体育教学。
