Abstract：
教育家陶行知先生说：“教人要从小教起，幼儿好比幼苗，必须培养得宜，方能发荣滋长；否则，幼年受了损伤，即不夭折，也难成材”。习惯的形成需要抓住最佳期，人的性格、行为习惯等需要从小培养。陶行知先生认为，人生最重要的习惯倾向、态度多半在六岁以前养成。可见，幼儿期是一个人良好行为习惯形成的极为重要时期。[1
