特殊教育是对特殊需要的儿童进行教育，通过教育，旨在自理、自立，适应社会生活，成为对社会有用的人。思想道德教育是学校教育工作中的重要组成部分，是实现习近平新时代中国特色社会主义立德树人根本任务的关键，特殊教育是我国教育事业中不可或缺的部分，对特殊教育学校培智学生的思想道德教育有着重要意义
