Abstract：
随着我国经济水平的不断提高，建筑工程建设也取得了长足的发展和进步。在建筑工程建设中，许多区域会发生渗水现象，如屋顶、地下室、外墙、厕所等等，这些都是受影响最严重的建筑区域。如果在施工期间没有采用科学的防水、防渗技术，区域内的渗水漏水隐患无法得到解决，将有可能危及建筑物的寿命，减少建筑工程的经济效益，严重影响建筑物的整体质量。本文希望通过分析防水、防渗技术在建筑工程中的应用，旨在进一步优化施工技术，促进我国建筑业的发展
