新时期背景下，电力企业想要在激烈的竞争市场中不断的发展，就需要将有效的教育培训体系构建出来从而有针对性的对员工进行教育，使其各方面的能力得到提升。基于此，本文立足实际，在阐述电力教育培训作用的基础上，对电力企业现有教育培训体系的基本情况进行分析，而后给出了相关的措施
