Abstract：
不论是任何国家的哪所学校当中都会有“后进生”的转化问题，一直是困扰教师的教育难题，所谓后进生是对“差生”的新认知，过去由于认知错误把他们叫作差生，现在成为后进生，即“后来进步”之意。后进生的转化在小学语文教学中更是一项非常艰难的教育课题，本文就如何对小学语文后进生的转化为核心，展开讨论并提出解决策略
