Abstract：
全球化时代的国家实力之争本质上是人才之争，全球各国都十分重视人才培养，“核心素养”不约而同被推到教育改革的前台。对于初中语文而言，核心素养应面向学科特殊性而形成语文核心素养，在核心素养背景下，初中语文教师应当对接时代要求，发展敏锐的专业意识、深厚的专业知识、卓越的专业能力。
