随着我国素质教育的不断发展和国家教育部对于初中教学改革的积极推动，初中教学改革逐渐开始推进。班级管理的改革也是其中重要的一部分，班级管理是教室在日常活动中管理学生的重要方式。科学合理的管理方式对于营造良好的班级氛围，促进学生成绩提高有着重要的作用
