Abstract：
树立“健康第一”的思想是体育教学的宗旨，“健康第一”不仅要磨炼体力、耐力、爆发力等体质指标，也要培育热爱生活、阳光向上的心理状态。基于此，本文以初中体育教学中学生积极心理品质培养策略为着眼点从基于核心素养设计、适量适度适当教育、把成功和微笑带入课堂方面进行了分析探讨。
