    Abstract：

    在新课程改革背景下，德育成了素质教育教学的重要内容，不仅对于学生的成长和以后发展有所影响，也能帮助学生塑造更好的品德行为。对此教师在教学过程中要注重挖掘教材里的德育因素，并切实的发挥自身引导作用，将教材里的内容给学生有效的呈现出来，要让学生意识到德育的重要性。同时教师也可运用一些社会热点来和学生讨论，激发其讨论兴趣，在加深其对知识点印象的基础上提高其思想认识。本文立足于当前中职政治教学现状，就教师如何有效的开发和利用德育资源进行简单分析并提出相关教学建议。
