Abstract：
在大思政背景下，辅导员与专业课教师作为高校中开展思想政治教育两支重要队伍，也必然担负着协同育人的重要使命。而当前高校教辅分离的方式成为“三全育人”的绊脚石。本文分析辅导员与专业课教师的协同育人方式，提出辅导员与专业课教师的协同育人实践策略，完善协同育人体系、构建交流互动平台。
