    健身舞蹈是公共体育教学中的重要内容，对于学生的发展有着重要的影响。公共体育健身舞蹈不仅可以优化学生的身体素质，还可以培养学生的审美观念和艺术欣赏能力，随着素质教育的深入，高校对于学生的教学除了文化知识的教育，学生的综合素养也是学校教学的重要方向，在这一基础上，如何在公共体育健身舞蹈教学中培养学生的艺术欣赏能力成了教师思考的重要方向。
