Abstract：

幼儿的生活状态可以直接反映幼儿园园长的管理能力以及人格魅力。优秀的园长不仅会受到孩子们爱戴，同时还会获得家长及社会的好评。虽然现在大部分幼儿园园长的个人能力强，但并未重视幼儿园的管理理念和管理制度的革新，下文将主要探讨园长在幼儿园的管理过程中存在的问题，并提出相关策略。
