    自从提出新课程改革后，就被广泛运用至各门学科的教学中，其教学理念将原本固定的教学模式打破，同时赋予了初中语文教学全新的面貌与生机，《语文课程标准》中指出：要在语文课程教学中纳入自主、合作、探究这三种学习方式。作为一名初中语文老师，要认真思考如何走近新课改，将新课改的理念融入教学当中，有效的提高学生语文综合能力，本文将结合实际从以下三个方面进行探讨，与各位老师共勉。
