    初中德育教育是本着教育的本质理念，在教学之前，先育人，引导学生学习德育内容，培养德智体全面发展的全面性人才。但在实际的德育教育过程中，很多学校流于形式，不重视实际的德育教学质量，实际的德育教学效果较差。需要学校在教书育人过程中，根据学校的实际情况发现其中的问题，提出创新性地解决对策。
