    Abstract：

    语文能力对人的综合素质和职业发展至关重要，因此提高职业学校学生语文能力，一直是职业学校语文课教学的核心任务，也是职业学校语文教师一直研究和探索的重要课题。文章从“听、读、说、写”四种能力入手，深入浅出，循序渐进地论证了提高中职学生语文能力的有效训练方法，并在探索和实践中收到了良好教学效果，也取得了帮助学生长远发展的实际育人成效。
