    素质教育背景下，要求教育者要加强对学生全面发展的关注度，而学生健康的体魄是其重要前提。高中体育教育要将健康第一作为指导思想，提升学生的身体素质，养成锻炼身体的好习惯。文章对高中体育教学中开展体能训练必要性、问题以及路径进行了具体分析和探讨。
