    农村中学生对社会认知力较弱，容易受到各种不良因素的影响，给自己的人格成长和身心健康发展造成阻碍。在农村中学生德育工作中，应注重农村中学生品行的发展，提升初中德育工作成果。其中，家校沟通是顺应时代发展一种新型的教育方式，二者之间以促进学生全面发展为目标，通过相互配合，为学生构建良好的学习环境。本文重点谈家校沟通对农村中学生德育成长的意义，旨在学生全面发展。提高学校的育人水平。
