    Abstract：

    新课改的不断推进对小学数学教师提出了新的要求，教师不再单纯的是知识的传授者，也是引导者、参与者，教师可以通过明确、清晰的提问引导学生循序渐进地思考问题，同时也可以通过课堂提问环节吸引学生的注意力，让学生可以主动参与到课堂学习中，进而让学生的思维发散开来，提升小学数学课堂教学效果，从而更好地达到培养学生数学学科素养的目标。
