    Abstract：

    新课程改革推动学科教学模式创新发展，各学科教学工作都面临着巨大挑战，创新教学手段、激发学生兴趣、活跃教学氛围是当前教学工作者需要完成的重要工作任务。其中学困生转化是重要的教学研究课题，本研究以初中化学学科为例，针对学困生转化思路展开探讨，希望研究内容可供参考。
