    随着我国教育领域对初等教育的日益重视，有效实施国家教师管理具有重要意义，有利于提高小学生的学习水平和健康成长。我们注重改善课堂老师的工作志量和课堂老师的整体素质，并公平对待每一个学生。通过理想的教育，学生会激发积极的学习欲望，激发学生对实践和创新的兴趣，发扬学生的勤奋学习热情，改变学生学习的态度和生活方式。老师是陪伴学生的长期监督者，因此要使自己成为学生心中的榜样。
