    德育教育是学校教育工作中最为重要的部分。在新课改趋势下，学校要求班主任队伍进行规范化建设，特别是班主任应该积极响应国家教育要求为学生开展正确科学的德育教育工作、帮助学生提高自身的综合素质，为德育教育的创新探索贡献出自己的力量。
