    Abstract：

    近年来，经济快速发展，教育问题越来越受到重视，高职教育在我国的教育体系中占据了非常重要的一部分，因为高职教育也是当前教育领域中较为重要的一个组成部分，因此也受到了社会的重视，而提升高职院校的学生管理工作的质量和效率十分重要，因此本文也主要围绕高职院校学生管理工作的改革与创新进行思考，同时也针对在当前的学生管理工作中所存在的问题进行研究，并提出相应的解决方法。
