    Abstract：

    通过对铜钢氧气阻火段异种金属材料的焊接性分析，经过多种焊接方法实践，最终确定选用氧乙炔火焰焊，并对焊接工艺进行了优化。经过试件拉伸、弯曲试验验证，采用此种焊接方法得到的焊接接头强度满足设计和使用要求。
