    项目预算的编制对建设项目的成本有重要影响，对相关工作质量的要求也更加严格。预算的编制和审查可以反映出项目的初始成本和该项目可以实现的经济效益指标，因此必须高度重视，因为在完成预算估算时，有必要对项目有一个全面的了解和认识。及时了解物资市场发展的当前趋势，从而可以真正保证预算计划的合理可行，并真正为项目建设创造条件。
