Abstract：

工程造价咨询管理工作不仅能够为工程决策科学性的提升提供助力，而且对于控制工程成本、提升工程效益具有重要意义。在工程造价咨询中，对企业内外部环境因素、生产要素等进行管理，能够加强管理效率，节约管理成本，确保企业在各体系相互联系相互制约的基础上进行各项决策。本文旨在研究工程造价咨询管理的风险防范措施。
