    建筑工程体系的主要组成部分就是房屋建筑工程，随着老旧建筑改造项目增加，房屋建筑结构加固改造工程数量增加，有必要做好相关技术研究工作。文中分析房屋建筑工程结构加固改造的必要性，探讨合理运用结构加固改造技术的措施。
