我是一名入职教师未深的小学语文老师，从教几年来，和学生之间经历的种种，不是只言片语能涵括，但给我最深的体悟就是一名教师应有一颗爱心，随之相伴的是有广博的胸襟，需有卓越的学识，去尊重常识，尊重学生个性化发展。
