故事教学是小学英语教学中的重要方法，在小学英语课堂中也越来越广泛地被采用。新课标要求学生能在老师的帮助下听懂、讲述和表演小故事。它能培养学生持久的学习兴趣，让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中感受英语，学习英语，探讨小学英语课堂上故事教学的意义与价值。
