    Abstract：

    在新课程改革的背景下，明确指出，口语交际能力是每一个学生都必须具备的能力。作为老师，应当培养学生倾听表达和沟通的能力，让学生具有一定的与人际交往的能力。所以作为语文老师，应该在自己的语文课上通过口语交际的练习内容，培养学生的沟通能力，同时还要促进一些后进生能够在自己的口语交际课上进行有效的转化，练习一些社会交际的基本技能。总之，需要在口语交际的训练中，让全体学生都能够积极参与到活动来，切实提高全体学生的口语表达能力，进而提高学生的综合素质。
