    为了提高体育课的有效性，体育教师需要正确地理解和讲解体育课程的关键概念，主要是激发和发展学生的学习兴趣，注意游戏与体育的结合，调整学生的态度。通过有效地发展每个学生的运动技能，运动知识和运动精神，使每个学生都能体会到体育的美，并让学生亲身感受到体育的乐趣，这种体育课才是有效的。
