    Abstract：

    针对较规则的板状零件检测，采用高精度接触式线型传感器，通过相对移动测量法，开发一种由计算机控制实时测量的智能检测装置。本装置能便捷、快速的实现零件尺寸误差、形位误差等多项指标的在线测量，装置成本低、效率高、稳定性好，且智能化程度高。
