Abstract：
随着社会的不断进步，我国教育事业也迅速发展起来。在实际生活中体育舞蹈具有较强的艺术性，其主要是将舞蹈与体育有机结合，在拥有表演性的同时也具有相应的竞争性。同时在社会经济不断发展的作用下，体育舞蹈在高校中的地位逐渐提高，并成为重要的体育课程之一。
