    近年来，减轻学生过重负担的工作取得了一定成效。但是，学生负担过重现象至今仍没有从根本上得到有效遏止，有的地方仅停于表面，有的地方甚至愈演愈烈，已成为全面推进素质教育的严重障碍。为了孩子们能够健康快乐成长，应该想方设法提高自己的教育教学水平，提高每一堂课的教学效率。
